Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Fees:
  • Until 48 hours before reservation: Free
  • Until 24 hours before reservation: 50% of experience fee
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of experience fee

Date/Time Changes

Changes are possible until 5 days before your reservation (subject to availability)

Refund Policy

For cancellations within the specified period, refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable cancellation fee. We will initiate the refund within 1 business day. The actual credit to your card typically takes 5-10 business days, but may vary by card issuer. Please contact your card company for specific timelines.

Exchange/Return Policy

Due to the nature of experience-based services, exchanges or returns are not applicable. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.
