Important Notes

  • This experience requires advance reservation.　

  • Our facility is exclusively for international visitors.

  • If you arrive late, your experience time may be shortened or you may not be able to participate. (No refunds will be provided)

  • Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM the day before your scheduled experience. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for cancellation fees.

  • To maintain the quality of our tea ceremony and due to the tea room capacity, only guests with confirmed payment or reservation may enter the tea room. Accompanying guests who are not participating are not permitted to enter.

  • This experience is designed for guests aged 7 and above. We kindly ask that children under this age do not visit our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please handle the tea ceremony utensils with care during your experience. In cases of intentional or gross negligence resulting in damage or soiling, you may be liable for actual costs.

  • Photography is permitted, but please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests in your photos.

  • If you have allergies to matcha or Japanese sweets, please inform us in advance.

  • Experience content may be subject to partial changes due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • We kindly ask that you refrain from using mobile phones during the experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes after booking confirmation are subject to the following terms.

Cancellation Fees

  • Until 48 hours before your reservation: Free
  • Until 24 hours before your reservation: 50% of experience fee
  • Within 24 hours of reservation or no-show: 100% of experience fee

Date and Time Changes

  • Changes are possible until 5 days before your reservation (subject to availability).
  • Change requests after this deadline may be treated as cancellations.
  • If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate in the experience.
  • Late arrivals will be treated as same-day cancellations with no refund.
  • Please plan to arrive on time.
